De Word-documenten bevatten de werkprogramma's voor de subsidieverklaring bij aanvragen die in het kader van de Vaststelling tegemoetkoming Vaste Lasten (TVL) zijn gedaan. In de documenten wordt ingegaan op de te verrichten werkzaamheden onder 4400N respectievelijk 4416N door een accountant.
